Evening Technical meetings normally take place at the headquarters of the Energy Industries Council (EIC), Newcombe House, Notting Hill Gate, London W11 8LQ on the second Tuesday evening of each month, at 5:45 pm for a 6:15 pm start.

Please note that the EIC offices are within the extended London Congestion Charging Zone. The operating time is from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and the charge is £8 up to 10:00 pm on the day or £10 up to midnight on the following day.  Meetings at EIC are scheduled to begin at 6:15 pm, allowing drivers to enter the Congestion Charging Zone after 6:00 pm

At each evening technical meeting light refreshments are available 30 minutes before
the start of the meeting, and the evening normally concludes with continuing informal
discussion at a social gathering in the Hillgate Pub nearby.
